Rock Creek is a new equine facility Located in Lexington Kentucky and has been set up on a professional level, to cater to the peak fitness and health of horses stabled here. The stables are a major advantage to the performance horse, as they are away from the noise and stress of the public. The relaxed atmosphere of Silver Creek only aids in the preparation of horses, especially those affected by major disturbances. We have a small, close team who have settled in well.
Rock Creek is owned and run by Dallas, she has owned and bred numerous winners out on the race track and in the show ring. Her trainer Mandy Day has trained numerous winners in all types of races from the Maiden to the Grade 1 Stakes, she has a confident and commonsense approach to the training of racehorses. Under her care, the horse is given every opportunity to perform to the best of their ability. Every horse is an individual, and needs a program to suit.
Aside from racing Rock Creek is also home to the Hunters and Western Riding horses. Dallas has always had a love for both and has combined both worlds into one here at Silver Creek. This gives any retired race horse a second chance. Her hunter trainer Martin Hung has been training hunters and jumpers for over twenty five years, and her western trainer Clay Wells has won in the AQHA, APHA, NRHA and NCHA.
Rock Creek has an opening for anyone interested in becoming involved with this stable.
